1A – DELIVERY

Kodd Group delivers from Paris, worldwide. You can track your order at any time. Your order delivery price will be calculated when the order is paid for.

France : Standard delivery is free for all orders over € 100 for France.

Worldwide : Standard delivery is free for all orders over € 200 for worldwide delivery.

Your order will be shipped to the delivery address provided when you ordered.

If you order Product(s) requiring worldwide delivery, they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import taxes to be paid upon receipt of the order. You will be responsible for such import taxes. Please note that we have no control over these taxes and cannot predict their amounts. Please contact your local customs authority for more information before ordering. In case you want to return an item, import taxes will be refunded if they were included in the purchase price. If they were not included, you will be responsible for arranging the recovery of these taxes from your customs authorities.

Please also note that you must conform to all applicable laws in the country where Products are delivered. We will not be responsible for any violation of these laws by you.

1B – REGISTRATION

a) Any registration for one or more courses requires the participant’s full acceptance of these financial terms and conditions, the registration procedures and the conditions of participation.

b) In order to register, the participant must complete the registration form, taking care to select the products chosen.

1C – CONFIRMATION

a) Any confirmation of one or more Kodd Group services means that the client accepts without restriction these financial terms and conditions and Kodd Group’s terms and conditions.

b) In order to confirm the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs), the customer is required to confirm this virtually on koddgroup.com, in writing and/or verbally to Kodd Group.

2 – SHIPPING TIME

Shipping in France : 2-4 working days with tracking number (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Shipping in Europe : 3-5 working days with tracking number (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Worldwide Shipping : 4-7 working days with tracking number (excluding weekends and holidays)

3 – ORDERING

ORDER VALIDATION

Please select the chosen Products and put them in the shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to cart” button. At any time, you may delete Products on the page where you view your shopping basket, by clicking on the black “Shopping basket (0)” icon available on all pages of the website in the top right-hand corner. Please consult the summary of your order by clicking on the “Cart” icon or the “View Cart” button. At this stage, you can check the details of your order, identify any errors made in data entry and correct them.

After validating the basket by clicking on the “Confirm Order” button, please finalise your order by filling in the order form. We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier. Please read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and accept them explicitly by ticking the box “I have read and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale” before proceeding to pay for your order.

By clicking on the “Order” button, you will have access to 2 secure payment options via our certified partners.

By clicking on “Order”, you definitively validate your payment, which is followed by an e-mail confirming your order.

Note : you accept formally your e-mail’s use by Kodd Group for commercial purposes concerning the brand and its news.

ORDER CANCELLATION

A- Physical products : Once the payment has been made, you cannot modify your order. However, you still remain entitled to make use of your right of retraction, the terms of which are described in article ” 4) Return Policy ” below. However, some products, depending on their nature, are not subject to this right of withdrawal, as explained in the categories ” 5) Products ” and ” 4) Return Policy ” of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Kodd Group reserves the right to refuse to honour the order in case of dispute and until dispute resolution. In such cases, you will be informed by email when your order is cancelled and you will be refunded any amounts owed, if any, paid prior to your order being cancelled by Kodd Group.

B1- Magazine / Services / Courses : If for any reason the customer is obliged to cancel their request, no refund will be made. NO EXCEPTION WILL BE MADE. Any service accepted and/or started is payable in full, including in the event of abandonment, cancellation, absence or delay. No refund, even partial or postponement of the service can be claimed.

B2- In case of service cancellation by KODD GROUP, full refund of all amounts paid will be made within a maximum period of 8 weeks. This refund only covers the amount actually paid and under no conditions covers any other costs that may have been incurred by the customer. (transport, accommodation, personal expenses, incidental expenses etc.).

4 – RETURN POLICY

Kodd Group is committed to provide you with high quality products. Despite this, if you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, Kodd Group undertakes to exchange it or refund you (special case).

You have 14 days from receipt to return products to us. Please contact customer service before returning an item by email at [email protected]

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice, to the following address :

We will provide you with a return form sent by email and the return costs will be deducted from your refund. Customs charges may be deducted for returns from outside the European Union. Damaged or incomplete items will not be taken back and will be returned to you at your expense. Unidentified returned parcels can be sent back to their sender.

Returned Products must respect our return policy below.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products in your ownership, and you must return them in the same condition in which you received them (to the extent reasonably necessary to examine the Products). It means Kodd Group Products must be returned unworn/used, unwashed, undamaged and with their original labels.

If you fail to comply with the above obligations (including the return conditions), we may deduct an amount up to the full value of the Product, depending on the devaluation that your handling of the Product will have caused.

PRODUCTS EXEMPT FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Some Kodd Group Products, including magazines, services and courses. These Products are therefore an exception to the right of withdrawal, and cannot be returned or refunded.

This exception to the right of withdrawal is clearly indicated in our general terms and conditions of sale. 
NO EXCEPTION WILL BE MADE.

However, for some reasons (error on the order, non-compliant or damaged products) reported to Kodd Group Customer Service, you have fourteen (14) days to withdraw from the order as of the receipt of the order. You will be able to benefit from a new shipping without being charged any return costs.

Please note you have 30 days after the return date to contact us and verify the return has been received. Beyond this 30-day period, we cannot guarantee a refund. You will be refunded by the payment method used when you ordered.

Please note we will not be able to refund your order shipping costs.

We will refund the price of the Product(s) in full (unless we are entitled to make deductions due to your use of or damage to the Product(s)), as well as the cost of standard shipping. However, we will not refund the cost incurred in sending the Product(s) to us, this cost is your responsibility. We will refund the full amount received, using the same payment method as you used when you made your purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

5 – THE PRODUCTS

Although we take every precaution to ensure Products are accurately described using the photos available on the Koddgroup.com website, some details may differ depending on your screen resolution and therefore may differ slightly from the Product you receive.

Any information on the Koddgroup.com website regarding size is for information purposes only. If you are in any doubt about the size, we recommend you to contact us before ordering.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If one of the Products delivered is defective or damaged on receipt, you have several legal means at your disposal, depending on when you reported the problem to us and according to your legal rights. If you believe one of the Products delivered has been damaged or was defective, you must inform us as soon as possible, preferably in writing, giving your name, address and reference number. Nothing in this section affects your rights.

6 – PRICE AND PAYMENT

Products prices correspond to the prices indicated on the Koddgroup.com website. The currency is automatically generated according to your location and will be confirmed upon payment. All prices are in euros (€), including VAT, but do not include shipping costs (for related products) which will be added automatically (on the prices indicated) to the total amount when you access your basket and choose your shipping method. Prices and shipping charges are subject to regular changes without retroactive effect : none of these changes will affect orders already taken and for which you have received a Shipping Confirmation.

Payments for all orders must be made by PayPal or Credit Card via Stripe, which accept most credit and debit cards.

Online payments are subject to validation by your card issuer, we are not responsible if your card issuer decides for any reason to decline a payment. We also perform pre-authorizations on your card and products will only be shipped once this pre-authorization verification has been completed. Please note that some card issuers may charge an online fulfillment fee for which we are not responsible.

We occasionally organise promotions requiring promotional codes. These may be used to pay in part for product(s) ordered online, subject to the terms and conditions under which they are made available (as set out in the promotional emails containing the promotional codes). Promotional codes can only be used once during the period and relate to the Products mentioned. Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for money.

It is possible to make a monthly payment according to the terms and conditions of each Product on the Platform (please read the description of the Product concerned). Payments are non-refundable, non-transferable from one session/service or person to another. After payment and registration have been received, a message is sent to the participant within 48 hours.

7 – PRIVACY

The customer is subject to a privacy agreement, obliging him/her not to divulge any of the information received.

Shooting, video, audio and/or any other form of recording during the course is not allowed.

8 – RESPONSIBILITY

The obligation subscribed by KODD GROUP, within service is an obligation of means and not an obligation of result.

The organiser will not be responsible for damage or loss of objects and personal effects brought by the participant during classroom lessons.
